The war memorial portico at the main entrance to the building is protected by its Historic England grade II listing. The portico and plaques featuring the names of the 1,655 Harborough soldiers who served in the First World War will form part of the new building.
The home will provide specialist dementia care within 70 fully furnished and equipped bedrooms, each including a large en-suite wet-room and call system, we’ll also have a bar, cinema, plenty lounge areas and a hairdressing salon.
